Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor :

Age Limit : 
1. Candidates applying for Arts, commerce and Science Faculty , their age should be below 30 yrs .
2.  Candidates applying for Law Faculty , their age should be below 35 yrs .
3. Candidates applying for Education Faculty , their age should be below 32 yrs .

Note : Gujarat Govt provides age relaxation for SC /ST /SEBC /Women of unreserved candidates of about 5 yrs. Disabled , Reserved women candidates are getting age relaxation of 10 yrs.



Education Qualification : 
1. Required Qualification for Arts, commerce & Science Faculty :  Post Graduation with min. 55 % marks and should have cleared UGC NET or GSLET Examination.
2. Required Qualification for Education Faculty : Graduation /Master's Degree & M.Ed in relevant subjects with 50 % marks & qualified in NET/SLET/SET .


Selection Criteria : Selection will be done on the basis of Merit list only.
